Who am I?
I’m a game designer, freelance writer, poet, photographer, and illustrator, with a BA in Clinical Psychology. Having said that, I consider myself a jack-of-all-trades and a decent multitasker.
But, first and foremost, I’m a storyteller.
Additionally, I work at LEAP Game Studios, I’m the founder and CEO of Peru Game Jam, Director of Lima Game Jam, and former President of the International Game Developers Association - Peru.
Fuel for the soul
I’m a firm believer in the power of stories, in their unique ability to convey ideas in a meaningful and emotional way, no matter the medium.
I’ve been creating stories since I can remember. To me, they’re a conduit for self-expression, self-discovery, and the sharing of knowledge and experience.
It’s not all fun and games
If I’m not making games, I’m helping others do it.
Game development is my dream career, and for 8+ years I’ve been sharing my love for the industry as much as I can, organizing and promoting game jams, workshops, talks, and all manner of activities for the community, helping students and professionals hone their skills and learn more about the art of making games.
